Let's take the mystery out of problem solving. We offer one and two-day accelerated working sessions designed to assist organizations in evaluating their existing help desk, define the desired state of their help desk, and to determine the steps necessary to obtain business goals and objectives. During this session we would also explore the options of insourcing vs. outsourcing of this function so that the pros and cons of each alternative would be understood. The deliverable from this session is a recommendation report including an implementation plan with task definitions, time estimates, and responsibilities.
