During the course of the last five years, nanoDesk has teamed with a variety of technology partners in order to select an appropriate, comprehensive Internet service solution for hotels, executive dwellings, marinas and RV parks.

At a high level, this service bundle includes:

• 24x365 live technical support
• 24x365 remote server administration
• Network engineering in which we work with clients to design, acquire, configure, install, and integrate or expand a secure, wireless network
• Onsite support as required (e.g., cabling, hardware replacement)
• Web hosting and email services if desired
• Documentation and publishing services for marketing materials (e.g., tent cards)

Guests will be able to turn on their laptops and connect automatically to the Internet and the network will be secure. If applicable, guest billing will occur when customer's log in and enter a pass code.

• Customized property ‘branding’ and call handling scripts for one toll-free telephone number
• Intelligent knowledgebase FAQs and solutions database used for information and troubleshooting purposes
