nanoDesk technologies is well known internationally for our accomplishments in the area of process development. Since our founding in 1997, we have produced numerous materials related to the help desk function across a wide spectrum of media formats for internal use, clients, help desk trade shows, and magazine publication. Some of our earliest and most comprehensive work was done for the United States Army and included a cross between technical specifications, help desk integrated software development diagrams, end user training materials and help desk procedural guidebooks.
