Help Desk Analyst (Virginia Beach, VA)

Qualified candidates will have the ability to work in a team environment on specific client accounts. A mentoring program will be available; however, we are seeking self starters--individuals that have the following qualifications:

1. One to two years of experience working as a customer service representative. Experience in a computer related business is preferred, but not required
2. Fundamental computer knowledge that has resulted in the completion of a two-year technical degree program or equivalent technical certifications
3. Good keyboard skills are required. Testing will precede any job offer made for this position
4. Ability to work well with others and promote teamwork
5. Enjoys to learn and appreciates the benefits of working in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Network Engineers (Sanford, FL and Virginia Beach, VA)

We have two full time positions.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and managing routed and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. Skill strengths must include the ability to design, document and deploy wireless networks in hotel and marina environments. Experience in monitoring infrastructure systems is required.

Web Design Associate (Sanford, FL)

This individual is a process activist who has at least 3 years hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems (i.e., IIS 6.0/7.0, Server 2003)

1. Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including TCP/IP, WINS and DNS, DHCP
2. Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for addition to our knowledgebase
3. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required
4. Able to conduct research into infrastructure issues and products
5. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
6. Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
7. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
8. Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
