All nanoDesk positions include the following skill guidelines:

  1. Working knowledge of help desk operations (at least three years experience) and extensive hands on experience in troubleshooting the desktop environment, including operating systems, standard Microsoft applications, email services, and network connectivity / accessibility.

  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.

  3. Disciplined and well-versed in current business practices and technologies across multiple industries.

  4. Well-developed multitasking skills.

  5. Strong cognitive, analytical and process development skills.

  6. Ability to personally organize and manage daily activities.
